Gas boilers always sealed

The tightness in the boilers

The regulations today require greater safety and energy savings, which is why today all new gas boilers installed in homes must be watertight. What does this mean?. That the combustion chamber is sealed and there is no risk of combustion gases returning to the room in which the boiler is located. The old atmospheric boilers were those in which we saw the flame and needed several ventilation grilles with the outside.

Today, new condensing boilers are much more efficient. They take advantage of the heat in the gases they emit and thus manage to achieve higher yields than 100%, reducing primary energy consumption and regulating the temperature based on energy demand. Our natural gas bill is reduced and we also take care of the environment.

Don't forget that it is always highly recommended to bleed the radiators and clean the boiler every year before starting the heating.
